How we work

Concept

We shape the core loop, art direction and scope into a plan you can greenlight with confidence.

Prototype

A playable greybox proves the fun fast — so we validate the idea before full production.

Production

Art, code, audio and UI come together in tested builds with regular playable previews.

Launch & Live-ops

Store launch, analytics and post-release updates to keep players coming back.

How a build works

What’s included, and what we need from you

Every title is scoped on its own, but the way we work stays consistent.

What’s included

  • A scoped plan with milestones and a fixed quote before we start
  • A playable prototype to validate the core loop early
  • Regular playable builds through production, not just at the end
  • Performance testing on real devices, plus store-submission support
  • A short post-launch window to resolve issues we find together

What we’ll need from you

  • The concept — genre, core loop or a reference title
  • Target platforms and any art direction or brand you already have
  • Store accounts to publish under (Google Play, App Store)
  • One point of contact for feedback on each build
Common questions

Before you reach out

How long does a game take?

It depends on scope. A hyper-casual title is faster to ship than a multiplayer game. You’ll get an estimated timeline with your quote.

Do you handle store submission?

Yes. We help prepare builds and store listings for Google Play and the App Store as part of launch.

Can you work from our existing project?

Often, yes — share the Unity project or build and we’ll review what’s there before suggesting an approach.

Do you support games after launch?

We include a short post-launch window for fixes, and we’re available for updates, content and live-ops if you need them.

Got a game in your head?

Bring us the idea — a loop, a sketch, a reference. We’ll turn it into a playable prototype and an honest plan to ship it.
